This year the Senior Learning Team's camps are at Lake Rotoiti and this is what some of the Rimu students thought:

I enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding because you could look down into the murky and mysterious water.  Bethany

It was quite cool to go and explore out deep by the orange marker on the paddle board. I also liked walking with my friends up the challenging Pinchgut track on Mount Robert. George

I enjoyed paddle boarding the most. I loved learning a new skill and jumping in was fun. Kayla

I really enjoyed the boat ride to and from Whisky Falls. Looking at the big slips on Mount Robert was interesting and doing ‘bagels’ in the boat was cool. Fletcher

I liked the hike up Mt Robert because it was a bit of a challenge and I don’t usually do hikes like that. Sophie

I really liked the lookout from the top of Mt Robert. It was great to see how far we had come. Lucy

My favourite meal was the homemade nachos. I loved the savoury mince and the stringy, melted cheese. Casey

I loved the Rimu’s Got Talent concert. It was hilarious when Kayla and Alex did the Bob and Gob show. Sofia
