"The band did themselves and the school proud today," Janene reported today.

The Year 8 band performed at the Primary Schools' Rockshop Rockfest at Stoke School.  22 bands took part in this annual event.

Nothing fazed our band - new drum kits, changes to the order of the song and a large audience of peers and adults.

Janene also commented  that they respectfully sat and watched the other school bands all day. She was impressed by them all.

Congratulations Izzy, Cody, Oliver, Macy, Lucca, Ella and Olivia on a fabulous performance.

Also, we are very grateful to Darrin Andrews for teaching the band for us and to Janene and Talei for giving up the day to transport and supervise the students.
