Every year the Year 8 group are fortunate to have a day out in Kaiteretere learning about the region from an amazing bunch of experts. The three groups learned about the significance of the islands in the area for iwi, how to perform a haka, tikanga associated with entering and leaving the water (and a waka) and how to work together.
