We wish to update you on the College's 125th Anniversary Weekend! The committee have decided due to overwhelming enquiry that we split off the weekend's festivities.

We now have 4 ticket prices for the weekend. 

Friday night - Burgers & Beers - $50.00 per person

Saturday night - Formal Reunion Dinner - $120.00 per person

Sunday afternoon - Variety Concert - $20.00 per person

Full weekend (Burgers & Beers, Formal Reunion Dinner & Variety Concert) $150.00 per person

We will have a bar open for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on for these 3 events at an additional cost. 

You will find an attached registration form with all you need to know. Please fill it in and send it back, payments can be made online or at our reception. Once payment is received you will receive your tickets. 

Make sure you get in quick; numbers are limited for the formal reunion dinner, please don't leave it till the last minute to register as numbers need to be confirmed for catering purposes and we do not want anyone to miss out!

We do have a small selection already made, first in first served basis. The sizing is on the small side, it is advised to size up.  You can visit our Uniform Shop during open hours to have look at these and try them on!

All merchandise is subject to minimum order numbers, payment to be made on order, should we not get the minimum order quantity, you will receive a full refund.

Friday 25th, 12pm, Registration Opens

Check in at Celebration HQ to receive your personalised timetable, welcome pack, and add any last minute activities to your itinerary. Take a look at our memorabilia and merchandise for purchase.

2pm, Welcome/Mihi Whakatau

An opportunity to launch our 125th celebrations by welcoming staff alumnae back to Marlborough College & Marlborough Boys’ College.

2:30pm, Old Boys’ Sports Afternoon

Our Annual ‘Old Boys’ Sports Afternoon

6pm, Burgers and Beers (Held in the Pavilion)

An informal meet and greet to reunite with old friends and faculty over a burger and a beer.

Saturday 26th, 9.00am, Principal’s Assembly

A traditional school assembly with the school song, presentation of awards. Principals’ John Rodgers 1992 -2009, Wayne Hegarty 2010 -2019, John Kendal 2021 - current

12pm, Concurrent Activities, Nelson College Exchange

10.00 am – Football – A&P Show Grounds

11.30 am – Hockey – MGC New Turf

1.30 pm – Basketball – Venue to be confirmed 

2.30 pm – Rugby – School Front Field

6:30pm,Reunion Dinner (Held in MBC hall)

A formal dinner celebration of the past, present, and future of the Colleges.

Sunday 27th, 9:00am, School Photo Day

You are invited to attend our full school photo shoot, along with our decade cohorts.

3:30pm, Variety Concert (Held in MBC hall)

Grab a seat for the best show in town! A mash up of our best current performers, with previous students also taking the stage. MC’d by Old Boy Michael O’Keefe, this show is sure to entertain. The show is also followed by light drinks and nibbles, as the closing curtain for the weekend.
