Student ID Cards

You will be given an ID card during your first month here at MGC. This card contains a unique bar code that enables you to borrow textbooks and library books, print and photocopy. The ID card information also includes bus eligibility, so if you are a bus student please ensure you have your ID card to access the bus service.

This card is a valuable item, as it has money for printing loaded on it and because it can be used to provide evidence of eligibility when applying for student concessions. This card is issued once per student and lasts the remainder of your time at MGC. Lost cards may be replaced on application to the Resource Centre. A replacement card fee of $10.00 is payable to the Finance Office. 

Photocopying and Printing

You will receive an allocation for photocopying and printing at the beginning of each year. If you are unsure about what you need to print or need more credit, discuss this with your teacher.
