Week 9 was STEAM week and our annual SciTech fair was held on 22 and 23 June.

There were over 30 projects completed by MGC students for the SciTech Fair with some amazing research and creativity on display.

The projects were judged by Hugh Lensen over the two days, with the best projects progressing to the regional fair on 19 September. 

Our students demonstrated huge amounts of Grit to get their projects completed on time, with students showing whanaungatanga by supporting each other to complete the projects in a very tight timeframe.

Well done to everyone involved. It has taken a huge effort to get these projects completed in time for the Fair.
