This week we welcomed Mr Shalendra Singh who has joined our Maths team . Students are really pleased to be working with Mr Singh.

Mr Shalendra Singh joined us at Marlborough Girls' College this week. He is from Fiji and has completed a four-year Bachelor of Science programme majoring in Physics and Mathematics and a Graduate Certificate in Education. Mr Singh has nine years of teaching experience: including teaching Physics for Years 11 – 13 and Mathematics for Years 9 – 13.

"Yesterday we met our new Maths Teacher. After yesterday I feel more committed to this class as Mr Singh is here for the rest of the year and he explained what we had to do. I actually understood what I had to do and even when I didn't, he came to our table and explained it to us."
