Isabel Gaines created a Hauora Tracker which launched in December 2021. Below Isabel shares her experiences and learning while preparing, publishing and promoting her tracker.

I have loved working on this project of mine over the last couple of months and am very happy to have been able to help out the community through the Graeme Dingle Foundation.

At times it was definitely a bit stressful. I learnt about timelines and allowing room for delay. When promoting the tracker I learnt that you have to put yourself out there through both an online presence and in person at many different markets where i talked to hundreds of people.

Most people were kind and generous.

I worked with a variety of people who had the expertise to help me accomplish my goal such as Liz Valk, talented graphic designer.

I'm undecided whether I'll do another print run this year, but I would like to say a big thank you to all the people who have helped me in the last 1/2 year!
