To honour library week the MHS students went to the library and asked their stakeholders (the librarians) if there were any products that were either missing, or to be developed for the library.Our stakeholders gave the students options in what they could design and construct from a set of requirements. Each group decided which project they would tackle.

Lizzie Gibbons and McKenzie Haronga embarked on making a 4 book holder to place in the middle of the tables within the library so everyone would have a book to select from.

 The pair were able to assess the single bookstand's that were in use in the library and developed their design from there. We adapted a box file to leave enough space to bend the acrylic to make the stand, and after using a few machine.... voila!
