U15 Rugby

U15 Rugby

The final game for the U15 Rugby Team was on 5th July in Nelson. Our girls did us proud winning multiple games during the season, and finishing the season off with a win.

At our last game of the season for our 15s, two of our girls where presented awards. Our first one was for Most Improved Player, Mckenzie Haronga.

This was Mckenzie's first year of rugby and she was amazing. When she got the ball she did her thing and tackled like the queen she is. Mckenzie has a bright future of rugby ahead of her.

Our  Most Valuable Player award goes to our Jorjah Arthur.

Jorjah is our captain and that says it all, always having her team's back, always at training and helping her manager and coach. She always encourages her teammates in a positive way, and on the field she gets in there, sets up tries and tackles hard.

Thank you very much for our season to all the girls. I enjoyed watching you grow every game.
