Amelia and Anna share their experiences walking the Link Pathway on their Year 10 Adventure Marlborough tramp.

Recently the two Year 10 Adventure Marlborough classes went to Momorangi bay for an overnight stay. We had to plan our gear and have everything we needed as well as carrying our own tents and food. 

We then had to tramp out from Momorangi across the Linkwater Pathway and back to Picton. 

The tramp was all together 16 kilometres and we had quite a few obstacles such as mud and slips, one of them so large that the mud came up to our ankles. It was very nice weather and the sun was shining throughout the whole walk. 

Overall it was a great experience with amazing views that we would definitely recommend and do again.
