Congratulations | Ngā mihi to Kaituna - MGC House winner for 2021.

Kaituna took out the RICKARD SHIELD for the first time again since 2018. Final house points at the end of the year were as follows:

• Kaituna - 107
• Wairau - 106
• Awatere - 98
• Ōpaoa - 93

Kaituna were dominant throughout the year holding onto their lead throughout the various competitions, although Wairau gave them a run for their money at the end coming in behind by just 1 point. But that didn't make the achievement any less exciting for the Kaituna team. 

They were soundly led by their House Manutaki, Eleri James-Sitters, and her hard working team of deputies and supporters. The scoreboard is now reset for 2022 - let's see which House will take out the premier prize next year!
