Neve McKenzie and Maddy Sinclair participated in the Cycling New Zealand Mount Bike Champs held in Queenstown from the 26-28 February.

Neve and Maddy both raced in the Cross Country section with Neve coming a very creditable 4th in the competitive U17 category.

Maddy competed in the Sport Women's section taking the win and becoming the National XC Champ in that category.

Maddy backed it up and competed in the same category in the Downhill racing taking Silver. She was leading after seeding and while she improved on her seeding time in race 1, she was about 6 seconds off taking the win. Still an awesome result.
