The additional week is 27 November to 1 December 2023

• 5-day fully residential programme. Complete your practice and practice journey with the added bonus of half a day of adventure activities at Makahika OPC.
• Led by DoE industry qualified instructors, join them for an exceptional week of fun, adventure, challenge, and learning.
• The guest speaker will be providing action-based Bio-Hacks for teenagers to decrease overwhelm, control stress; learning to view stress as an enhancer vs. detrimental to mental and physical wellbeing.
