Congratulations to Maddy Sinclair who completed at the National Mountain Biking Championships on 27 and 28 February. 

Maddy finished a strong 6th in the Cross Country (XC) and 9th in the Downhill (DH). 

This was a huge accomplishment as only five riders compete in both the XC and DH races due to the additional pressure it places on riders over one weekend. For Maddy, this meant only getting two practice laps on one of the most technically demanding DH tracks in NZ!
