Over two days a group of senior students from years 11 & 12 had the opportunity to learn how to serve hot and cold drinks on a simulated aircraft.

They learnt how to make, present and serve a range of mocktails and then created and made a mocktail of their own creation. They also experienced how to deal with a range of customers when serving their mocktails in a mock commercial setting. Lots of fun was had by all.
