Spirit Week

Molly Glover, Year 13 —

The Year 13’s had an awesome final week at MGC filled with fun dress ups and lots of activities! MGC’s “Spirit Week” was all fun and games for the Senior Leavers of 2022.

Tuesday saw the girls come to school dressed in their future careers or their dream job when they were 5. Rugby wives, Men in Black, Doctors and Tradies graced the school for the day.

On Wednesday we took inspo from either icon Adam Sandler or our own dads. Whilst the waterslide on the field at lunch may have been slightly small, it was a hit and the girls enjoyed the summery weather.

Thursday we ditched our school bags for the day and brought rubbish bins, shopping trolleys, prams, chilly bins and a variety of other miscellaneous items to store our stationary for the day. Yoga on the quad at lunchtime run by our very own Grace Hodges brought some laughter.

The week ended on a high and the girls dressed as something starting with the first letter of their name. Everyone's wide range of costumes created a guessing game with even some teachers taking part! The MGC talent quest was held in the hall at lunchtime where there was a wide range of acts showcasing MGC’s amazing talent!!

Overall the week was a fun and light-hearted way to round off a wonderful 5 years at MGC.
