Competition rocks at MGC!

In Week 2 the Juniors fought it out with Wairau defeating all the other teams to take the overall honours, followed by Ōpaoa with 2 wins, Kaituna winning their final match and lastly Awatere who had a lot of fun participating.

The Senior competition in Week 3 was a fun, but physical event. This was a fairly even competition and the final wrap up saw Wairau holding out for 3 close wins, Kaituna with 2 wins, Awatere with one win and Ōpaoa pushing the other teams all the way.

Thanks to the students who stepped up and refereed the games, and to those who supported from the sideline, contributing to a fun event.
