After the excitement of NZ Aquabots, Ms Ebofin and Mrs Davis accompanied 11 MGC Students to the University of Canterbury on Monday 27th November.

The group were given an insight into the Computer Sciences by Timothy Manning. Students were introduced to the Robotics and AI projects currently underway, including an ROV used for monitoring Mussels in the Marlborough Sounds.  Professor Tim Bell also spend time with the group giving some practical demonstrations of computational thinking.

It was a fantastic opportunity for the years 10 & 11 students to experience a University department and a great end to NZ Aquabots.
