HOSPITALITY ACADEMY

Anna North —

The students have been busy over the last few weeks making their Lemon Tarts and Flambé bananas and are now moving on to their Seafood course at the Auckland Hotel and Chef Training School in Newmarket. 

Meanwhile at school, lunches have been prepared and sold to customers and the cake making has been perfected. 

The current units of study are hot and cold desserts and pastries and the students are making great progress and enjoying their products!
