1st Place - GenX

In the holidays MDC finished their competitive year with a win at the second year of the GenX competition held in Auckland. This year had double the entries from last year and the work was created based around the theme of 'Hope'. Students had to create a 6 min piece incorporating media, dance and spoken word. Huge thanks to Katinia Fusitu'a and Cailyn Selfe for leading the group with assistance from Molly Nicolson and Jade Devonport with Ballet. Also Mana Nightingale for his superb media work and Grecia McNamara-Taele with his spoken word. Also Donny Waters, Tracy Templeton and Russell Wills for their endless support of this crew.
