WIN A TRIP TO EUROPE

HOD History —

This year, 10 NZ students will have the opportunity to visit Passchendaele for the official centenary commemorations of NZ’s bloodiest battle in history.

To enter, you need to design a resource which uses digital technology in an innovative way to teach Year 7-10 students about the Battle of Passchendaele. Entries close on July 2.

*Prize details: The successful students will leave NZ on 7 October and return on 17 October. They will attend the National Commemoration Service on 12 October at the Tyne Cot Cemetery near Zonnebeke in Belgium, stopping over in Paris on the way there and Amsterdam on the way back (to visit Anne Frank’s House).

You must be aged between 16-19 to enter.
