We advise that the Massey High School rain-jacket has undergone a revision so as to allow the garment to be worn over the top of the school blazer on wet days. The material, whilst still shower-proof, is lighter than the previous jacket, and the lighter construction means that the jacket will be quicker drying, and will take up less space in school bags.

As with the old jacket though, this is not a replacement for the blazer – we remind all parents and students that the blazer is to be at school every day. The jackets are not to be worn as stand-alone items.

For those with the old jackets, we advise that we are grand-parenting them from circulation. They will remain part of the uniform for the foreseeable future. However, they are no longer available to purchase.

The new rain-jacket, shown below, will be available from The Trusts Store from Term 2. We have been advised that the cost will be $65. We would advise that when sizing the jacket, it should be tried on over the top of the blazer.
