FUTURES WEEK - 28 TO 31 AUGUST 2017

Careers —

EVERYONE WELCOME

Futures Week at Massey High School this year will be held from Monday 28 to Thursday 31 August. The major focus of Futures Week is student selection of courses for 2018 and beyond.

As a vitally important part of Futures Week there will be a FUTURES EVENING in the school hall on Wednesday 30 August.

FUTURES EVENING – WEDNESDAY 30 AUGUST

Representatives from seven different universities and tertiary institutions will be present in the hall for Futures Evening on this night to discuss potential pathways for students to help with their course selections and future planning.

There will also be displays from a wide range of subjects and courses offered at Massey High School and staff available to answer questions.

Auckland West Vocational Academies staff will also be in attendance with displays and information about courses available.

For Year 9 and 10 students the hall displays may be available during school time on Tuesday and Wednesday, when we hope to invite some class groups to visit the Futures Week displays as part of their course selection process.

For all students, and in particular for Year 11, 12 and 13 students and parents, the hall will be open for Futures Evening between 5.30pm and 8.00pm on Wednesday 30August. This is an outstanding opportunity for students and parents to meet with representatives from tertiary institutions and subject areas, to help with cohesive planning for future studies and careers.

We hope to see you there.
