REMINDER: University of Waikato – Special Assembly Thursday 2nd July

Elaine Curtis —

Massey High School will play host to Professor Neil Quigley, Vice Chancellor of the University of Waikato on Thursday 2nd July. Given the long term economic impact of COVID, it is more important than ever that our students look to further educational opportunities so as to be better placed in what will be an acutely competitive job market. Waikato University provide a number of opportunities including (but not limited to) computer science and machine learning, economics, engineering, education, environmental science, social sciences, law, management, and psychology – any of which will prepare students for their futures.

Professor Neil Quigley, together with a number of his colleagues, will address a special assembly for our Year 12 and 13 students during period 5 on Thursday 2nd July. There will be limited space available for caregivers to attend.
