As you will all be aware the Prime Minister, has outlined what Alert Level 3 will look like and the broad outline of what may happen when schools partially reopen.

The Minister of Education Mr Chris Hipkins will address the country on Monday about the operational logistics of opening for our Year 9 and 10 students and the date of a partial reopening.

There are many questions to be answered and I have tabled these to the National Office in Wellington, along with a large number of other Principals across the country.

Once the Minister has given his press conference we will come back to you with an outline plan.

In the current climate, a lot can change over a few days let alone an entire week.

Please make sure that your children are engaging with work packs that have been sent and work that is online guided by teachers.

We currently do not have any laptops available to send out.

We are not expecting you to be physics, chemistry or statistics teachers. The only thing that we would want is for you to be cheerleaders for your children and for us as a school. We are doing all we can to get the most for your children, for our children.
