The MMR vaccination assembly talks are happening this week for the MMR vaccine roll out for Year 9, 12 and 13.

Immunisation dates are set for the 12th 13th and 28th March.

At the end of each assembly, students were given a consent form to take home for you as caregivers to complete and return to school.

Please complete the forms and return as soon as possible.

If your child did not receive (or pass onto you)  a consent form, please contact the school health centre or ask your child to collect one from reception
