FRONT LINE RECEPTIONIST

Massey High School is a nationally renowned and respected school in New Zealand. We are determined to get the very best outcomes for our students and staff.

We are looking for an energetic person for general office duties and to act as front line receptionist in our busy office. This is to cover maternity leave and is for a fixed term until 9 April 2020. The successful applicant must have the following attributes:

· Be able to work under tight deadlines;

· Be a team player;

· Have a pleasant, calm manner with parents and students and staff;

· Be well groomed;

· Must be discreet and keep all student matters confidential;

· Proficient with Excel, Word and Powerpoint;

· Have a “can do” attitude.

This is a fixed term, full time position from 8am to 4pm daily, during school term only.

To start as soon as possible (fixed term until 9 April 2020.

Remuneration is as per the Support Staff in Schools’ Collective Agreement.
