Year 9 and Year 10 students 

Last week during assemblies, all Year 9 and 10 students were given consent forms for  MMR  

We would like all the forms returned to school ASAP. 

If you have not received one, they are available at the school reception or we can mail one to you upon request.

The DHB have asked us to return all consent forms regardless of whether parents do or do not want your child to receive the MMR vaccine at school.
