"A show is always as good as the sum of the talent involved and in this case - although often very young, every one of the cast plays his/her part well and there is a connected and overlapping construction to the direction which ensures a powerful interaction throughout the story, maintaining its pace and energy. Malone's (Drew Young) narrative is supported well by the convincing acting, melodious singing and dancing of Blousey Brown (Michelle Edgecombe) the very sultry, spiteful and proud Tallulah (Heidi Schuler), and bossy Fat Sam (Henry Prince).
