Join us as we walk in solidarity for a family violence free North West Auckland. 15km walk along Muriwai Beach

WHEN: Sunday 21 May 2017

A 15 kilometre walk along Muriwai Beach, starting at Rimmers Road access and finishing

with a BBQ brunch at Muriwai Surf Club.

The walk is a public show of solidarity for a family violence free northwest Auckland with all

funds raised going to your local women’s refuge, the Kia Timata Ano Trust.

As well as providing emergency accommodation for women in crisis, the Trust’s advocates

work in the community empowering women to make the necessary changes to live free from

violence.

Limited to just 100 participants, registration includes a $50 fee.
