Monday 5th November, 2018.

As you are aware, the last scheduled day for Year 12 students prior to NCEA Examinations is Monday 5 November.

For Year 11 students, the last day had been scheduled for Tuesday 6 November.

In response to a number of requests from parents with regard to allowing siblings to finish school together on the Monday, we have rescheduled the finishing date for the Year 11 students.

Accordingly, school will finish on Monday 5 November at 1:30pm for our Year 11 and Year 12 students, allowing them to commence their preparation time for examinations at the same time. The first NCEA Examination takes place on Wednesday 7 November. Similarly Year 9 and 10 students will also finish at 1.30pm on that day to allow those with older siblings to go home together.

Please note that Year 9 and 10 students are expected back at school on Tuesday 6th November and continue to attend school until Friday 14 December.  Please see newsletter for events.

There will be a special tutor time at 1:15pm to allow for distribution of school reports to Year 11 and Year 12 students.

Buses will arrive at 1:30pm with the exception of the following routes:

Bus 1 Bethells

Bus 3 Riverhead

Bus 7 Huapai

Bus 9 Muriwai (Students on this route can catch bus 13 at 1.30pm)

Bus 11 Taupaki

Bus 12 Wairere Road.
