School Donation & Activity Fee Donation

SCHOOL DONATION

Our School Donation amount is unchanged for 2020 and is:

• $200 for the first child
• $180 for the second child with a maximum of $380 per family

You can claim a tax credit on your School Donation payment from the IRD.  Check out their website for more details.

ACTIVITY FEE DONATION

The new Activity Fee donation replaces all of the small amounts we requested through out the year to help cover some of the cost of swimming, class trips and some digital learning tools such as Seesaw, Hapara, Reading programmes and Education Perfect.

The Activity Fee donation for 2020 is $30 per term or $120 for the year.

This payment does not cover extra curricular activities such as school camps, sporting events and activities such as southwest & interzone events, netball, basketball or touch rugby teams.  These fees will need to be paid for children to participate in these events.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made a number of ways and in any amounts that suit your family.  Some options are:

TERMLY - $30 for the activity fee and $50 for the school donation (or $45 for second child)

MONTHLY - over 10 months $12 per month for the activity fee and $20 for the school donation ($18 for the second child).

WEEKLY - over 40 weeks $3 per week for the activity fee and $5 for the school donation ($4.50 for the second child)
