We had our first meeting for 2018

Here is a group of keen kids at the first e-team meeting of 2018! We talked about really interesting stuff like composting, where we decided who was going to clean and empty the bins.  Paper recycling where we are going to make a roster on who is going to be doing the recycling each day after lunch.  And gardening gang which we are doing on Monday, Thursday and Friday lunchtimes. We look forward to a year full of environmental activities as we are going to try and move from our silver enviro award to our green gold next year - if we continue to work hard!

COMMUNITY GARDEN

Wendy, Yukiko and Gerry work in the garden most Wednesdays from 9 am and for a few hours some weekends.  Extra help is always welcome.

We are currently harvesting strawberries, zucchini, beans, tomatoes and herbs.  Our plans this year is to extend the garden and to grow more food.  You can find us on facebook:
