BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT

On Tuesday 11 June two year 7 & 8 teams competed in the LHPSSA basketball tournament at Walter Nash Stadium. Despite some tough losses, they showed great resilience and had a lot of fun.

Both teams did very well and should be really proud of their efforts. A huge thank you to our managers Kevin and Tui Counsell, and Kim Nguyen, and to the parents who helped with transport and supporting the children.

NZ KYOKUSHIN NATIONALS TOURNAMENT

Zac & Lara Fiddis competed at the NZ Kyokushin Nationals tournament a couple of weekends ago and both came second in their grades which is awesome. 

KARATE COMPETITION

Kain & Seth Burgess competed in the Lower North Island Champs during the weekend.

Kain got a gold for Kata and a silver for Kumite and Seth got a silver for Kata and a silver for Kumite.  Well done what a great achievement.
