Nomination Forms

Nomination forms have been sent out to all eligible voters to enable you to put your name forward as a candidate in the forthcoming board of trustees’ election, or to nominate someone else as a candidate.

Nominations are invited for the election of 5 parent representatives to the board of trustees.  This is a correction on the 6 parent representatives advised in the covering nomination letter due to a Board error.

Nominations close at 12 noon on 24 May 2019.  All Parent Representatives wanting to be nominated need to have the form back to the school before noon on this date.

Voting Roll

A copy of the voting roll is available for inspection at the school office during normal school hours.

Voting and results of the election

If there are more nominations than vacancies for parent representatives, a voting election will be held. Eligible voters will be posted voting papers and any candidates’ statements provided.

The poll closes at 12 noon on 7 June 2019. The highest polling candidates will be elected to the board of trustees. The results will be made available at the school and also published in a local newspaper.
