RUGBY AT HUTT VALLEY HIGH

Hutt Valley High School have a meeting next week to form a Rugby Committee.  We would like to include any students families who will be attending HVHS in 2020.

Date: Tuesday 27 August 2019
Venue: HOBM Clubrooms

Time: 7 pm

The purpose is to help grow rugby and participation levels at HVHS for Boys and Girls.  Interested in Coaching, Referee etc.  If your child/children are attending HVHS and you are interested please come along.

INTERNATIONAL SPRINGBOARD DIVING

Come & be inspired at the Pacific Junior Diving Championships this weekend at Kilbirnie Pool – 23-25 August.

Over 60 young divers, aged 12-18yrs, from around the Pacific region will compete in this inaugural event. Three Wellington divers join the New Zealand team competing against teams from Malaysia, Adelaide, Sydney & Queensland.

BOOTCAMP - HEALTH HIGH WITH TASH

Our next 5 week Bootcamp Block starts soon! Have fun, laugh, challenge yourself and make physical activity an important part of your routine, with an amazing group of ladies! My Bootcamps are for all fitness levels so if you haven't exercised for a while, now is a great time to start!

Maungaraki Bootcamp is Monday and Thursday evenings 5.45pm - 6.30pm and has 2 SPOTS AVAILABLE, starting on Monday 26th August.

ARTS A GO GO

Mindset Magicians – Developing Can Do Kids. Special - $5 for a one hour session. Fun, engaging and easy tools and techniques for kids and teens to help feel calm, confident and cope with challenges.
Monday 2nd September: 3.30pm - 4.30pm for ages 6-10.  5pm-6pm for ages 11-14. Thursday 5th September: 7pm-8pm for ages 15+ (includes tools for managing exam nerves).
