Fun Activities

HEART TIME

We have continued the fun and engaging activities for HEART time.  The Students have been enjoying all sorts of activities including Pokemon Club, Sports, Lego Club, Ukulele, Stop Motion Club, Shop Making, Harry Potter Club, Recorder club and much more!  Check out some of the cool photos we have snapped.

DONATIONS

We would like to thank our school families for their continual support in paying School Donations and Activity Donations.  We really appreciate the support we get from our community, it makes such a difference in the way we can run our school.

SPARE CLOTHES

With the wet cold weather we get more children slipping over at break times.  Please ensure you put a spare change of clothes in your child's bag so if they do get wet and dirty they have clothes to change in to.  We do have some spare clothes at school however the options are very limited and we tend to run out of spare clothes very quickly during winter.

PARKING

We continue to have problems with people parking on the yellow lines on Barberry Grove.  This is particularly dangerous for our students coming to school.  Please take some time to find a park a little further away from school to help ease this congestion.  Shane will be out on Barberry grove at pick up and drop off times monitoring this situation.

BENEDICTS

A huge thanks to Benedicts who have donated a number of food boxes to be given away to community members.  It's great to see our wonderful community come together to support each other.

THANK YOU

We received some wonderful support from our families over the break.  We had generous donations of food, sanitisers and school supplies as well as some care packages for our staff.  We would particularly like to thank Countdown and New World Metro for their generous contributions.

ENVIRO PROJECT

Room 14 are participating in the Oral Care recycling programme for our Enviro project. We are collecting all items including used toothbrushes, empty toothpaste tubes, floss containers and all outer packaging. These can be any brand. All items we recycle earn the school money. We challenge all classes to recycle the most items and there will be a prize for the class with the most items recycled. All items can be dropped off to Room 14 (make sure you speak to a student) and we will log your items against your class. May the best class win!

BOOK CLUB

Bumper Issue 4 is currently open and will close for orders on Wednesday 17 June.  Thanks for your support.
