HUTT VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION EVENING

An information evening will be held for all parents/caregivers and their students, who are interested in attending Hutt Valley High School in 2022.

Where: Hutt Valley High School Hall
When: Wednesday 26 May 2021 at 6.00 pm

There will be introductions and brief addresses plus guided tours of the school and advice on programmes.

SACRED HEART OPEN MORNING

The open morning for year 8 students will be Thursday 3 June.  We have two time slots available either 9:00am-10:30am or 10:00am-11:30am parents are most welcome to attend with their daughter.

ST BERNARDS OPEN DAY

St Bernard’s College will be holding an Open Day on Saturday 29 May 2021 from 10.00am until 2.00pm. Prospective students and their parents are invited to visit during these hours to find out more about St Bernard’s College and what it can provide. ART PROGRAMME

My name is Irena Kennedy, I am piloting an after school Art programme in central Petone. I am a sculptor who works in film, my most recent endeavour was the armor in Mulan, I have worked on and off at Weta Workshop and other film spaces for the past 4 years, in set dec, props, paint and soft furnishings. I have a Masters in Fine art from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. I have tutored fine art to Kids and adults for the past 10 years in Wellington, Auckland, Melbourne and Thailand.  There are only 8 spaces as I want to keep the classes small for better tuition. KIWI HOOPS

Kiwi Hoops provides boys and girls a fun and safe basketball experience jam- packed with learning and healthy activity. The Randwick after school programme will cater to newbies and seasoned ballers. Through a games approach, our coaches will teach fundamental movement, ball skills and life skills that help tamariki develop and enjoy their sport.
