DONATION RECEIPTS

Hero has had an upgrade to improve the finance functionality which means that you can now download, view and print your Donation Tax Receipt from a device for any given tax year to submit to IRD for a tax credit.

To do so:

1. Log in to the Hero app
2. Click on the Finance $ icon
3. Click on “View all payments”
4. Click on “View donation payments”
5. Click on the tax receipt for the year/years you are wanting – this will down load the tax receipt
6. If you are having issues with /viewing/ printing or uploading it, you may need to convert and save the document to a PDF file before proceeding.
7. If you still have issues, please contact the office and we can assist you. 

COMMUNITY FEED

Communications sent out via Hero will show in the Community Feed section of the app. Click on Feed on the bottom of the screen. You will see current posts and can look back at older posts if you missed anything. Ensure you have updated your phone notifications to allow for Hero to send you notifications when a new message is sent.
