PRINCIPAL AWARDS

Maungaraki School —

Award winners from Friday 21 June

Congratulations to the following students who won a Principal's Award at our assembly on Friday.

Room 1: Alex Thomson - for his persistence and resilience when trying new learning in the class. What a fantastic attitude!

Room 2: Rio King - for your positive attitude to school. You have been working hard and trying your best

Room 3: Ashley Liu - for having a passion for learning. You are always willing to challenge yourself further and have made fantastic progress because of your persistence. Ka pai Ashley!

Room 4 & 5: 

Sheldyne Ronquest - for your improving attitude towards your learning. Ka rawe!

Eli Church - for managing yourself, and your workload, so you get the most out of your day.

Katie Hoang - for consistently doing your best in, and outside the classroom.

Room 6:  Brooklyn Brown - for working hard on your reading in class, showing initiative and simply for being a great, all-round Maungaraki kid!

Room 7: Leo Wilkes- for excellent effort in Literacy. You are making good progress particularly in Reading. Tino pai, keep it up!

Room 8:  Charlie Edhouse- for making great progress with her number knowledge and sharing her learning with her math group with confidence.

Room 9: Odara Gunaratha - working exceptionally hard and always going above and beyond expectations. Taking initiative with your own learning and sharing your knowledge with your classmates.

Room 10: Pragathi Venkatraman - you are working so very hard on your maths. What a huge improvement you are making. Kai Pai, keep it up.

Room 11 & 12: 

Sophia Berry - for really stepping up in managing yourself and demonstrating commitment to your learning, ensuring you are completing all your tasks. Keep it up!

Jessaya Krimp - for the enthusiasm you are bringing to your picture book. We look forward to seeing the finished product. Keep up the great work and attitude.

Room 14: Samaira Kasbekar - for being a great role model in Room 14. You demonstrate our school values everyday. 

Room 15: Zachary Percy- for working hard on your listening, you were able to answer questions in the Life Education bus because you were listening soo well!
