Award winners from Friday 5 July

Congratulations to the following students who won a Principal's Award at our assembly on Friday 5 July in Term 2.  We hope you enjoyed your morning tea with Mr Robinson.

Room 1: Riya Anand- For working hard at her reading and moving up to blue books. Well done Riya!

Room 2: Xavier Knox - For working hard to improve the quality of your work. You are listening carefully and using success criteria to ensure your work is quality. 

Room 3: Jake Magner - for showing persistence in maths. You are working really hard to extend your learning in our group sessions. Ka pai!

Room 4 & 5: 

Sofia MacDonald - For making good choices about where and how you learn, and who you collaborate with.

Ali Rahman - For stepping up as a leader during our Passion Day. You were an awesome tuakana to our younger tamariki.

Jacob McHugh - For shining as a leader at the Football exchange, ka rawe!

Khaylan Magner - For stepping up as a leader during Huttfest. Ka pai to mahi!!

Room 6:  Azalea Fraei - For top effort and success in Writing. Your instructions are clear, detailed and easy to follow. Well done!

Room 7: Ava Morris - For excellent effort in all learning areas. You look for ways to extend your own learning. Tino pai, keep it up.

Room 8:  Nam Huynh - For making great progress with his ability to apply his number knowledge to a range of mathematical problems with accuracy.

Room 9: Addyson Guy - For being an amazing role model. Always working hard and trying your best! Kai pai Addyson!

Room 11 & 12: 

Deziah Te Kira - For showing increased dedication to your learning and taking on new challenges, particularly in Mathematics and Writing. Keep it up Deziah!

Kayla Williams - For showing amazing enthusiasm and dedication to your inquiry project. Ka pai Kayla!

Mia Burt - For showing kindness and consideration of others on our Passion Day! It’s great to see you looking out for the younger students in the Totara Syndicate. Tino pai.

Room 14: Andrew Christie - For helping new students to feel settled into our classroom. You are so caring and can always make others laugh. Keep it up!

Room 15: Jacob Van Vuuren - For always being willing to help out everyone in the class. Tino pai!
