TERM 1 - WEEK 10

MINDFULNESS FOR CHILDREN

Kaleidoscope Solutions are now facilitating 3 programmes on Saturdays here at Maungaraki School. 
WHAT: Mindfulness for Children – 8 week programme
WHEN: Sat 4th May – Sat 22nd June
- TOTS - 4-6yrs (10.30am - 11.15am)
- PRIMARY AGE - 7yrs+ (11.30am - 12.30pm)
- TWEENS/TEENS - (1pm - 2pm)
FEE: $159 (includes all resources and art materials, parent support, and weekly email communication including modules to work on at home for the whole family!)

Here are just a few of the benefits and outcomes you can expect your child to receive: Confidence, Self-esteem, Resilience, Self-regulation, Understanding ourselves, Communication & Social skills, Mindset tools & strategies, Reframing negative thinking, Dealing with worries, Working through stress and anxiety, Friendship and relationship building, FUN!

VISION BOARD & VALUES WORKSHOP

If you have even been curious about creating a vision board, grab a friend and come along to my next workshop.

Enjoy the space and time to get creative and identify your next steps. Immerse yourself in creating a visual representation of your goals. Connect with like-minded women and be inspired by the stories.

MENOPAUSE DONE DIFFERENTLY

This interactive seminar will help understand how to take a whole-body, lifestyle based, holistic approach to transition through perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on pelvic health. The goal is that you leave the evening feeling empowered, connected with your body and ready to create positive change!
