STEMM 

Well done to all of the students who participated in the Hutt Science Student Challenge on Tuesday.  We had 3 teams entered across the year groups. There were 5 rounds; 4 quiz rounds and 1 building round which was very intense.  Thank you to all of the parents who helped by transporting and supervising children on the day.

SHOE CLINIC

A big thank you to Shoe Clinic who have donated $50 to Maungaraki School from their Back to School promotion.  Thanks to our school families who have purchased shoes from Shoe Clinic.  Each time you make a purchase let the staff know you are from Maungaraki School and we get a $10 donation.  See the attached poster for details.

HUTTFEST

We have a group of students participating in the Hutt fest in week 10 at Walter Nash Stadium.  We have been advised that the show will finish at around 8pm that night however this is just a rough estimate.

Tickets are now on sale from the office for $5 each.

NEW PARENT EVENING

Our next New Parent Information evening is on Tuesday 11 June at 6pm.  Please contact the school office on 5697205 if you would like to attend.

ENROLMENTS

Do you have a child due to start school this year? Or know of a family in our school zone who has a child due to start school?  If they haven't already enrolled please ask them to check out our website under: Starting School - Enrolment 

We now have an Online Enrolment process which they can complete to enrol their child.  Knowing who is due to start school helps us with planning our new entrant classes.  Thanks.
