Award winners

Congratulations to the following students who won a Principal's Award at our assembly on Thursday.

Room 1: Shaun Singh- for having a fantastic start in Room 1 and trying hard with his learning.

Room 2: Sophia Howard - For working very hard at writing time to record all the sounds and words you know.

Room 3: Luna Kutchukian- For being a wonderful helper that is always willing to go the extra mile to support and encourage other members of her class. Ka pai Luna-keep it up!

Room 4 & 5: Magenta Ward - For “jumping” up inside and outside the classroom. You are showing us what it means to be a leader.

Kassidy Brown - For taking ownership of your learning. We have seen you make some excellent choices.

Leighton Carter - For making positive choices that support your learning. Ka rawe!

Room 6:  Ethan le Roux - For coming back to school with a brilliant attitude and a strong work ethic. Well done Ethan!

Room 7: Charlie Briscoe- For showing respect. You show good manners and a caring manner to all around you. Tino pai, you are a great team player!

Room 8: Gracie Lodge-Chalmers - For having a positive attitude towards her math, contributing during her group work and striving for accuracy with her math facts.

Room 9: Zac Fiddis - Showing a positive attitude towards school work. Being a responsible learner, by being on task, trying his best and not giving up when something is difficult. Zac has a amazing attitude!

Room 10: Luke Catchpole - For a great start to the school year, showing a positive attitude towards your work and ensuring all members of the class are included in groups. Tino Pai Luke.

Room 11: Tayla Maxwell - for knuckling down and independently completing all of her work to a high standard. You have made a great start to 2019!

Room 12: Jessica Fowler - for carefully considering her ideas during group and whole class discussions, and supporting her classmates. Tino pai!

Room 14: Jiya Roy - for settling well into Room 14 and showing kindness and respect to those around her.
