PRINCIPAL AWARDS

Maungaraki School —

Award winners from Friday 15 March

Congratulations to the following students who won a Principal's Award at our assembly on Friday.

Room 1: Nabeel Shaik Mohammed - for always working hard in all areas of the curriculum and extending his own learning independently.

Room 2: Sunwoo Chung - For being a motivated and independent learner. You work very hard to complete your learning tasks to a high standard.

Room 3: Romeo DeBoer- for being a kind classmate giving encouragement to others and having a positive attitude towards his learning. You always use your manners and you are such a great helper in room 3. Ka pai!

Room 4 & 5: Greta Savage - demonstrating leadership, teamwork and determination at camp and beyond.

Tayla Brunt - investing in her learning, asking questions and responding positively to feedback and suggestions.

Aidan Meehan - stepping up as a leader by putting your hand up to help, and supporting others in the classroom.

Room 6:  Ajilen Trincado McDonald - for consistently working hard and setting a great example of what it means to be a Year 3 student at Maungaraki School.

Room 7: Eric Zhang - for always working hard in all areas of the curriculum and extending his own learning independently.

Room 8: Jake Driscoll - for demonstrating a positive attitude towards refining your swimming techniques, learning how to dive, and completing 25 metres in backstroke. Well done!

Room 9: Xavier Voller - for being a great example of Maungaraki school values all of the time. You work hard and always try your best. Always looking for ways to improve your work. 

Room 10: Scarlett Andis - for a great start to the school year. You have settled in really well, are very helpful and can be relied upon to always complete your work.

Room 11 & 12: Emma Larkin - for consistently taking responsibility for her learning. You ask great questions and always look for ways to problem solve. Tino pai!

Lachlan Brill - for always taking responsibility for your learning. It is great to see you looking for ways to problem solve and completing your work to a high standard. Tino pai!

Room 14: Josh Papps - for showing persistence with his writing and being respectful and kind to others. Tino Pai!
