Holiday Break
Dear Maungaraki Whanau,
I hope this message finds you well. As we head into the holiday break, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your support of Maungaraki School. We have had a great term on the hill, with a huge range of learning opportunities.
I am delighted to share that our attendance rates here at Maungaraki have been excellent. Ensuring your children attend school regularly plays a vital role in their academic success and overall development. By attending school consistently, our students have the opportunity to engage fully in their learning experiences, build meaningful relationships with their peers and teachers, and develop important life skills that will serve them well into the future. Your partnership with us in this endeavor is appreciated.
I would like to remind families of the importance of keeping tamariki home if they are feeling unwell. By doing so, we can help prevent the spread of germs and ensure the health and wellbeing of our school community.
Additionally, if your family is planning any exciting adventures overseas, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. It's essential for us to be aware of any extended absences.
Once again, thank you for your ongoing support and cooperation in making Maungaraki School a vibrant and thriving learning community. Have a lovely break.
Warm regards,
Shane Robinson
Principal
