My name is Tash and I am the owner of Health High. Our Bootcamps at Maungaraki School are designed to be supportive, encouraging and for all fitness levels. I am a Mum of 3 little ones; I know how difficult it can be to get into a routine where you exercise regularly and enjoy it! This is what Bootcamp is all about - a community of amazing ladies supporting each other. You do not need to be of a particular fitness level, body shape or size, be able to run, jump or complete 1000 burpees to attend Bootcamp. The ethos of our Bootcamp is we meet you where you are at in your journey. Our workouts are accessible to all fitness levels.
