Touch Rugby

As the term draws to a close, so too does our fantastic Touch Rugby season, and what a brilliant display of participation it has been. It's been truly heartening to see so many tamariki from all year levels across the kura getting involved with such enthusiasm. Beyond honing their touch skills and developing strong teamwork, our students have also shone brightly in demonstrating exceptional sportsmanship and embodying our Maungaraki School HEART values. It's been wonderful to witness the genuine support they've shown for each other, the fair play on the field, and the constant encouragement they offer one another, both during the games and from the sidelines.

A massive mihi nui (thank you) goes out to our incredible team of parent volunteers who have dedicated their time to coaching and managing our various teams. Your support has been absolutely invaluable, and your commitment is the very reason we can field so many teams and provide this opportunity for our students. We truly appreciate your time, energy, and unwavering dedication!
