PRODUCTION

It's nearly here - below is important information you will need to help us pull it all together.

• Please ensure you have completed the Signmee notice to give your child permission to travel by bus to and from the church for the rehearsal and matinee performances.

• Our performances are on Wednesday 18th & Thursday 19th September.

• We have two shows per day - at 12pm (Matinee) and 6:30pm (Evening).

• We have a rehearsal on Tuesday 17th September. This is held during the school day and we will bus the children to and from the church.

• The shows are held at the Hutt City Church, 22 Marsden St, Lower Hutt.

• We need all students at the church for all performances. 

• We will transport the children to and from the church by bus for the matinee performances.

• We need you to get your child to and from the church for our evening shows.

• On Wednesday and Thursday evenings the drop-off and pick-up times are:

• Drop off: between 5:45pm & 6pm (we will have an area coned off for drop off if you are not attending the show).

• Pick Up: at 8:15pm from inside the church following the conclusion of the show. Children will be released to caregivers and marked off from a register.

Thank you so much for your support in this event. We do understand that the structure can cause difficulties with siblings in separate performances, and apologise for the inconvenience this causes. The children are so excited to share what they have been working on with you. It looks amazing!

TICKETS

As mentioned we have closed off the Signmee notice to order tickets. All tickets now need to be purchased via the office by calling 5697205 or emailing Juanita - office@maungaraki.school.nz

Tickets to the Wednesday evening show have sold out. If you have purchased or ordered tickets to this show and no longer need them please let us know. We have some families who have missed out and would be grateful to purchase these. Also let us know if you can swap out to the matinee show. We have limited tickets to the Thursday evening show but plenty to the matinee shows.

We are still holding some tickets that have been ordered and not paid for. Please make payment asap or let us know if you no longer need them. Payments can be made online to our school bank account 12-3142-0281104-00
